News 2 - The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity (re securing Safety of Nuclear Energy Use) - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity (re securing Safety of Nuclear Energy Use)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1397), the effect of the said Law does not extend onto the relations that originate by implementation of the State supervision over observance of nuclear and radiation safety rules. The Bill aims at enhancement of the State supervision in the field of nuclear energy use.

The Committee members stated that realization of the Bill would enhance the system of State supervision in the field of nuclear energy use in accordance with the international standards.
